Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 100 g reoat pancake mix high protein
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for frying

  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 50g chopped strawberries for the dough

preparation

  2. Stir the sliced ​​strawberries into the batter.
  3. Heat a pan with coconut oil and add the dough in small portions.
  4. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Chop the fresh berries and mix them with the maple syrup in a bowl.
  6. Top the pancakes with the berries and serve.

Tip: For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest for 5 minutes after mixing. This will make it even more airy!
