- 50 g reoat semolina porridge high protein
- 200 ml water or plant-based milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
preparation
