Ingredients (for about 4 waffles)
- 100 g reoat waffle mix original
- 100 ml water
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 125g blueberries
- 20g powdered sugar
preparation
- Mix the reoat Waffle Mix Original with water and cinnamon in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the waffle iron in portions and bake the waffles until golden brown.
- Mash the blueberries with a fork.
- Now add the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, mix and pour the sauce onto the waffles.
