Our Lavender Porridge with Blueberries is a unique creation that transforms traditional porridge into an aromatic and vegan breakfast dream. The combination of nutritious oats, the calming scent of lavender, and the sweet kick of blueberries makes each breakfast bowl an experience in itself. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 100g oat flakes
  • 20g reoat organic oat drink Barista
  • 220ml water
  • 80g frozen blueberries or bilberries
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • A pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • Lavender flowers for garnishing

Preparation:

  1. Mix the oat flakes, reoat Organic Oat Drink Barista, frozen blueberries, lavender blossoms and a pinch of salt in a saucepan to form an oat mixture and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the oat mixture begins to simmer, reduce the heat and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Sweeten the porridge with maple syrup or agave syrup to taste.
  4. Finally, garnish the breakfast bowl with fresh blueberries and lavender blossoms.
