Make every morning a special moment with our chocolate porridge. The combination of creamy reoat organic oat drink Barista, rich cocoa, and the natural sweetness of bananas makes this breakfast a true spoonful of happiness. It's the perfect mix to start the day energized and satisfied.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 25g reoat organic oat drink Barista
- 250 ml water
- 80g oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ripe banana, one half mashed, the other half sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice
- A pinch of salt
- A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix the reoat organic oat drink Barista with water.
- Put the reoat Organic Oat Drink Barista into a small saucepan along with the oat flakes and a pinch of salt.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture is simmering, add the cocoa powder and the mashed banana half. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well blended.
- Simmer the porridge for about 5-10 minutes until it reaches your desired thickness. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Remove the pot from the heat and sweeten the porridge with maple syrup to taste. Add the vanilla extract, if using.
- Pour the finished porridge into a bowl and garnish it with the banana slices.
