Pistachio Latte

A pistachio latte is more than just a drink—it's a moment of relaxation and a true delight for pistachio lovers. Whether hot for cooler days or iced in the summer, this latte enchants with its creamy texture and unmistakable nutty aroma.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 100 ml Reoat Oat Drink Barista​
  • 1–2 tsp pistachio cream
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)
  • Handful of ice cubes (for the cold version)

Preparation:

  1. Spread pistachio cream on the inside of a glass for a decorative effect and intense flavor.
  2. Heat the oat drink in the milk frother and beat until frothy.
  3. Add pistachio cream, cinnamon and optional agave syrup and mix well.
  4. Alternatively, the oat drink can be heated in a small saucepan and frothed with a whisk.
  5. Pour the foamed oat drink into the prepared glass.
  6. Cold version: For an ice-cold pistachio latte, put ice cubes in the glass and pour in the cold, foamed oat drink.

Tip:

For a special finish, you can garnish the latte with chopped pistachios or a little cinnamon.
