Raspberry-pistachio bowl

The Raspberry Pistachio Bowl is the perfect way to start the day—fruity, creamy, and full of nutty sophistication. With its combination of warm raspberry compote, crunchy pistachios, and creamy pistachio cream, this bowl is a mini-vacation for the senses.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the bowl:

  • 50 g Reoat Breakfast Bowl Original​
  • 100 ml hot water

For the topping:

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 1–2 tsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp pistachio cream
  • 1 handful of chopped pistachios

Preparation:

  1. Put the Breakfast Bowl powder in a bowl and pour hot water over it.
  2. Stir well until the consistency is creamy and let it swell briefly.
  3. Heat the frozen raspberries in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Optionally, sweeten with agave syrup and simmer gently until a fruity compote is formed.
  5. Top the breakfast bowl with the raspberry compote.
  6. Add a generous spoonful of pistachio cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Tip:

For that special something, you can also refine the bowl with vegan chocolate or garnish it with fresh raspberries.
