Pancake tower with pistachio cream

A fluffy pancake tower layered with creamy pistachio cream is the perfect combination of indulgence and elegance. This recipe is not only eye-catching but also incredibly delicious. Perfect for a special breakfast or brunch with friends and family.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • 200 g reoat Pancake Mix Original
  • 300 ml water

For the cream and toppings:

  • 200 g pistachio cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 handful of chopped pistachios

Preparation:

  1. Mix reoat Pancake Mix Original with water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a pan and lightly grease it. Pour the batter into it in small portions to form thin pancakes.
  3. Cook the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Set aside and let cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the pistachio cream with warm water until smooth and spreadable, but not too runny.
  5. Place one pancake on a plate and spread a thin layer of pistachio cream on top. Place another pancake on top and spread the same layer.
  6. Repeat this process until all pancakes are layered and a small cake is formed.
  7. Spread the top layer with pistachio cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.

Tip:

The pancake tower can also be spiced up with fresh berries, a pinch of cinnamon, or a dusting of powdered sugar – perfect for special occasions!
