Raspberry-Chocolate-Pistachio Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes, fruity raspberries, smooth chocolate, and creamy pistachios – this combination is a dream for all breakfast and dessert lovers. Our raspberry, chocolate, and pistachio pancakes are quick to make and simply irresistible.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • 200 g Reoat Pancake Mix Raspberry Chocolate
  • 300 ml water

For the pistachio cream:

  • 3–4 tbsp pistachio cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons warm water

To garnish:

  • 1 handful of chopped pistachios

Preparation:

  1. Mix the pancake mix with water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Lightly grease a nonstick pan and cook the batter in small batches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Set the finished pancakes aside.
  3. Mix the pistachio cream with the warm water until it reaches a liquid but creamy consistency.
  4. Arrange the pancakes on plates and drizzle generously with the pistachio cream.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top to round off the dish.

Tip:

For an extra chocolatey treat, you can garnish the pancakes with vegan chocolate sauce or melted chocolate chips.
