Strawberry-raspberry-pistachio energy balls

Fruity, nutty, and full of energy – these strawberry-raspberry-pistachio energy balls are the perfect snack for between meals. Not only are they easy to prepare, but they're also eye-catching and sure to delight any pistachio lover.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 100 g Reoat Breakfast Bowl Strawberry-Raspberry
  • 50–60 ml warm water
  • 3-4 tbsp vegan pistachio cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Mix the breakfast bowl with a little warm water until a firm, kneadable mass is formed.
  2. Let it swell briefly so that the consistency becomes stable.
  3. Place the porridge mixture on a piece of baking paper and roll it out with a rolling pin to about 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Cut the rolled out dough into small squares.
  5. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of pistachio cream in the center of each square.
  6. Carefully place the mixture around the pistachio cream and roll into small balls.
  7. Roll the balls in powdered sugar until they are completely covered.
  8. Place the finished balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them dry at room temperature for about 2 hours.


Recommendation of the house:

For a healthier option, you can roll the energy balls in coconut flakes or ground pistachios instead of powdered sugar.
