Mango-peach noghurt milkshake

This mango and peach noghurt milkshake is as fruity as you could wish for. This exotic drink combines the sweet freshness of mango and peach with the velvety texture of noghurt. Ideal for a fruity start to the day or as an afternoon refreshment on hot days. The shake is not only delicious but also rich in vitamin C.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the milkshake:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 100 g reoat noghurt powder
  • 300 ml cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For decoration:

  • Mango pieces
  • Peach slices

Preparation:

  1. Peel the mango and peach, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the mango pieces, peach pieces, the reoat noghurt powder, cold water, maple syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Blend everything on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with mango pieces and peach slices, if desired.

Recommendation from the kitchen:

For an extra fruity touch, add a handful of frozen mango pieces. If you like it extra chilled, you can place the milkshake in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
