Blueberry Noghurt Milkshake

You will need the following ingredients:

For the milkshake:

  • 200 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 100 g reoat noghurt powder
  • 300 ml cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For decoration:

  • A few fresh blueberries
  • Mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Wash the blueberries if they are fresh. Frozen blueberries can be used immediately.
  2. In a blender, add the blueberries, the reoat noghurt powder, cold water, maple syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Blend everything on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves, if desired.

Recommendation from the kitchen:

For an extra creamy texture, add half a frozen banana. If you like it extra chilled, you can place the milkshake in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Serve the blueberry noghurt milkshake in a tall glass, garnished with a few fresh blueberries and mint leaves. A colorful straw completes the picture perfectly and makes the drink a real eye-catcher.
