Raspberry coconut noghurt milkshake

Enjoy the fruity, summery flavor of the Raspberry Coconut Noghurt Milkshake. Fresh raspberries and creamy coconut milk combine to create a wonderfully refreshing drink that's perfect for hot days. You will need the following ingredients:

For the milkshake:

  • 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 100 g reoat noghurt powder
  • 200 ml cold water
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (to taste)

For decoration:

  • A few fresh raspberries
  • desiccated coconut

Preparation:

  1. Wash the raspberries if they are fresh. Frozen raspberries can be used directly.
  2. In a blender, add the raspberries, the reoat noghurt powder, cold water, coconut milk and maple syrup.
  3. Blend everything on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and coconut flakes, if desired.

Recommendation from the kitchen:

For an extra creamy texture, add half a frozen banana. If you like it extra chilled, you can place the milkshake in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Serve the raspberry coconut noghurt milkshake in a tall glass, garnished with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut. A colorful straw completes the picture perfectly and makes the drink a real eye-catcher.
