Isa's Berry Pancakes are the perfect choice for a quick yet delicious breakfast. These fluffy vegan pancakes, made with our reoat Chocolate Pancake Mix , are layered with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate pieces and finished with a hot berry sauce. A treat that's ready in a snap.
You will need the following ingredients:
For the pancakes:
- 200 g reoat pancake mix chocolate
- 300 ml water
For the hot berry sauce:
- 200 g frozen mixed berries
- 4 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Bourbon vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Pour the reoat chocolate pancake mix into a large bowl.
- Add 300 ml of water and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour portions of the batter (about 1 full tablespoon per pancake) into the pan and bake until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, heat the frozen berries and 4 tablespoons of water over medium heat until the berries are soft and a sauce forms.
- Simmer the berry sauce, then stir in the maple syrup and continue to simmer briefly over low heat.
- Add the bourbon vanilla extract and stir well.
- Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and pour the hot berry sauce over them.
