Strawberry Noghurt Milkshake

On hot summer days, there's nothing better than a refreshing strawberry noghurt milkshake. This shake combines the fruity freshness of strawberries with the creamy texture of noghurt, making it a nutritious and delicious drink. Packed with vitamins, this milkshake is not only delicious but also healthy.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the milkshake:

  • 200 g strawberries (alternatively frozen strawberries)
  • 100 g reoat noghurt powder
  • 300 ml cold water
  • 2-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For decoration:
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Mint leaves

    Preparation:

    1. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Skip this step if using frozen strawberries.
    2. In a blender, add the strawberries, the reoat noghurt powder, cold water, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
    3. Blend everything on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
    4. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves if desired.

    Recommendation from the kitchen:

    For an extra creaminess, add ice cubes. Serve the strawberry noghurt milkshake in a tall glass, garnished with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a few mint leaves. A colorful straw completes the picture perfectly and makes the drink a real eye-catcher.
