These delicious waffles, made with reoat Waffle Mix Original, are topped with a cheerful selection of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. They're not only a feast for the eyes, but also a sweet treat. A perfect start to a day full of Easter joy and springtime excitement.

You will need the following ingredients:

For the waffles:

  • 200g reoat Waffle Mix Original
  • 200ml water
  • A little oil or vegan butter (for the waffle iron)
  • 30g blueberries
  • 20g raspberries
  • 30g finely chopped strawberries

For the topping:

  • A handful of strawberries, washed and halved
  • A handful of blueberries, washed
  • A handful of raspberries
  • washed maple syrup or agave syrup (as desired)
  • A few mint leaves (for extra freshness)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the waffle batter by mixing the reoat Waffle Mix Original with water until smooth. Then fold in the raspberries, blueberries, and finely sliced strawberries.
  2. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it to prevent the waffles from sticking.
  3. Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to make one waffle. Close the iron and bake until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process until all the batter is used up.
  4. While the waffles are baking, prepare the remaining berries. Carefully wash the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries and prepare them for serving.

Recommendation of the house:

Place the warm waffles on a large plate and scatter the fresh berries on top. Drizzle some maple syrup or agave nectar over the berries, if desired. A few mint leaves as a garnish not only give the whole thing a fresh look but also a fresh taste. These fresh berry waffles bring the colors and joys of spring directly to your breakfast table. Enjoy them with family and friends and start Easter off with a sweet and healthy highlight. Happy Easter and enjoy!
