You will need the following ingredients:
- 90g almonds
- 150g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)
- 20g maple syrup
- 200g oat flakes
- 2 bananas
- 25g reoat organic oat drink Barista
- 150ml warm water
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil for the baking pan
Preparation:
- Mix the reoat organic oat drink Barista with the warm water.
- Start by soaking the oats and reoat oat drink in water overnight in a bowl to create the base of your oat mix.
- The next day, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking pan.
- Stir the oat mixture well.
- Mix the soaked oats with the berries, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, almonds and a pinch of salt.
- Mash the bananas into a puree and mix it into the batter mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out.
- Bake the porridge cake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
