Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Autumn is the season for pumpkin spice, and if you're already missing that drink, this is the perfect treat! This recipe uses reoat oat milk for a velvety smooth texture, combined with the savory flavor of pumpkin puree and the classic spices you love. A truly warming treat that transforms any coffee break into a little autumn celebration.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 20g reoat oat drink Barista
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or other vegan sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
  • 1 espresso (approx. 30 ml)
  • Optional: vegan whipped cream for garnishing
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Mix the oat milk powder with the water and heat the reoat oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the pumpkin puree and sugar. Stir continuously until well blended and hot.
  2. Add the pumpkin pie spice and stir to release all the flavors.
  3. At the same time, prepare a strong espresso.
  4. Pour the espresso into a large, preheated cup and top with the hot pumpkin oat drink mixture.
  5. If desired, top your latte with vegan whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
  6. Enjoy your thirst!

Recommendation of the house:

For the best results, strain the pumpkin puree through a fine sieve before adding it to ensure a smooth texture. Serve your vegan pumpkin spice latte with a slice of vegan pumpkin pie or vegan cinnamon rolls for the ultimate autumnal coffee experience.
