And for those who need something really fast, a vegan pancake can even serve as a breakfast-to-go on the way to the gym.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 100 g reoat pancake mix
  • 30 g vegan protein powder
  • 160 ml water

Preparation:

  1. First, mix the dry ingredients together. So, mix the reoat pancake mix with the vegan protein powder of your choice.
  2. Once the powder is well stirred, the water is added.
  3. Stir the dough until a smooth consistency is achieved.
