Our pumpkin pancakes are a delicious autumn twist on the classic breakfast. The use of sweet pumpkin puree gives these vegan pancakes an irresistible flavor and harmony that pairs perfectly with vegan yogurt and roasted pumpkin seeds . You will need the following ingredients:
- 200g reoat pancake mix
- 150ml water
- 200g pumpkin puree (either freshly prepared or canned)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 150g vegan yogurt
- 100g roasted pumpkin seeds
- maple syrup
Preparation:

Mix reoat Pancake Mix Original with water in a large bowl and stir the batter until smooth.

Stir the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into the pancake batter.

Heat and grease a frying pan. Pour approximately 8cm-sized dollops of pancake batter into the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Turn the pancakes over and fry the other side until golden brown.

Serve with vegan yogurt, maple syrup and roasted pumpkin seeds.
