Basti's Power Protein Pancakes are the perfect choice for anyone looking for a nutritious and delicious post-workout meal. These pancakes are not only fluffy and delicious, but also provide an extra dose of protein to fuel your muscles after a workout. With our reoat Original Pancake Mix and vegan protein powder, this recipe is a breeze.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g reoat pancake mix original
  • 300 ml water
  • 30 g vegan protein powder (e.g. vanilla or natural)
  • Peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Pour the reoat Pancake Mix Original into a large bowl.
  2. Add 300 ml water and 30 g vegan protein powder and mix well until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour portions of batter (about 1/4 cup per pancake) into the pan and cook until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  5. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate.
