Boomerang Packs are reusable shipping bags for online retail that can be reused 50 times. Accordingly, one reusable shipping bag replaces 50 disposable boxes .

How does reusable shipping work?
1. Select Boomerang as the shipping option in the shopping cart and leave a deposit of 3€ .
2. You will then receive your goods in a Boomerang Pack.
3. You now have the option to return your Boomerang Pack as an empty shipment directly to Boomerang by following the super simple instructions on the Boomerang Pack and dropping the pack into a mailbox of your choice.
Regardless of whether it is a return or an empty shipment: As soon as you have successfully returned your Boomerang Pack, you will automatically receive your deposit back .
How does the empty shipment work with a Boomerang Pack?
If you like your order, simply return the empty Boomerang Pack to us:
1. Fold the pack to the smallest size (A4 size).
2. Unfold the Boomerang shipping label so that it is visible from the outside and remove or blacken the original shipping label.
3. Send the pack back to us free of charge via Deutsche Post mailboxes throughout Germany .
💡 Note : Please help us and treat the pack well so we can actually reuse it 50 times. Therefore, please do not seal it excessively, do not use strong-adhesive packaging tape such as duct tape or similar , do not use liquid glue or glue sticks for shipping labels, and do not write on or paint the pack.
