You will need the following ingredients:
- 200g reoat pancake mix
- 250ml water
- 300g fresh plums
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
- maple syrup
Preparation:

Mix reoat Pancake Mix Original with water in a large bowl and stir the batter until smooth.

Pit the plums and cut 150g of plums into small cubes.

Stir cinnamon, clove powder, nutmeg and a pinch of salt into the dough.

Fold the diced plums into the pancake batter.

Heat and grease a frying pan. Pour approximately 8cm-sized dollops of pancake batter into the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Turn the pancakes over and fry the other side until golden brown.

Cut the remaining plums into thin slices.

Garnish with fresh plum slices and drizzle with maple syrup.
